Winter B 2012 Registrations

Registration forms for teams playing in the Winter B session are attached below.

Teams that are playing at Sportsplex or Epic should use this form.

If you are playing at Sahlens please use this form.

Reminder that we also have a separate form for all our teams to use that covers each teams's training time at the Kenan Center. You only need to submit this once during the indoor season.

The Winter B registration forms are due February 10th, 2012 - no exceptions.

Winter A 2011 Registrations
