2011 Winter B Registration

Registration payments for the 2011 Winter B session are now due. Please print the registration form, and mail it in with your payment. Fill in your child's information, and fill out and sign the waiver. Include your coach's last name and the age division (e.g.; U12 boys) where indicated. Mail in the form to the address listed. Do not give it to your coach.

A completed and signed form must be received with payment for every player by February 4th, 2011. Any player not doing so by will not be allowed to play for the remainder of the Winter B session. Click <here> to access the form.
